CHAPTER 33 OF THE ACTS OF 2006
Moving to comply with Supreme Court decision, House
approves bill making it easier for consumers to purchase
wine directly from vineyards through the mail; also
allows restaurants to re-cork bottles of wine so diners
can bring them home without violating open container law
PROTECTING DRIVERS’ PRIVACY RIGHTS

Requires auto manufacturers and dealers to notify buyers
that their cars come equipped with devices that
regularly record information about vehicle speed,
steering performance and brake deployment; Ensures
vehicle owners have ownership of recorded information
